Housing Administrative Assistant

Wesley Living is a faith-based organization managing affordable senior living communities for over 50 years. They are seeking a Housing Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Director of Housing, handling resident concerns and processing compliance paperwork while embodying their core values of service, compassion, and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to the Director of Housing
  • Receives, addresses, and forwards resident concerns to team members as appropriate
  • Uses multi-tasking and technical skills to process compliance and operations paperwork in accordance with current policies and procedures and regulatory agencies

Skills

  • High School Diploma/ GED; Bachelors' degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, electronic, face-to-face
  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
  • HUD Section 8 and/or LITHC program experience
  • Bachelors' degree
