They are seeking motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to connect dental practices with essential solutions, focusing on lead qualification and appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound marketing leads to identify sales opportunities
  • Respond to inbound inquiries (calls and online chat) from potential clients
  • Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and new prospective accounts to educate, qualify, and generate interest in eAssist services
  • Schedule appointments/consultations for Sales Executives to provide personalized consultations
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Proficient in using CRM software and online communication tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Prior experience in lead generation or inside sales is a plus, but not required
  • Passion for helping businesses succeed and a desire to make a positive impact in the dental industry
