What You'll Do as a Licensed Customer Success Associate at arenaflex

What We Look For: Qualifications and Core Attributes

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role where you developed your service skills.
  • MLO Licensing — Required: Candidates must hold an active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license that was active within the last five years in the state of Missouri, OR demonstrate the ability to obtain Missouri MLO licensing within 60 days of hire. This is a non-negotiable requirement for the role.

For candidates residing in Colorado, New York, California, and Washington, the hourly rate for this position is $25.80 per hour, with the potential for up to a 15 percent bonus plus equity.
