Help Set the Standard for High-Quality ABA Care- Fully Remote Spanish Speaking Clinical Supervisor/BCBA Opportunity Mass Pediatric ABA is located in Westford, MA and services surrounding towns including Lowell, Dracut, Chelmsford, Tewksbury, and Andover. We are currently hiring a part-time, experienced, Spanish-speaking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to service clients and families 100% remotely. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families through high-quality ABA services. This position requires fluency in Spanish in order to effectively support Spanish-speaking families and ensure strong clinical communication and collaboration. This role is an important part of our mission, and we are seeking a BCBA who is aligned with our values and invested in meaningful, family-centered care. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $65–$70 per hour, based on education and experience. In addition, BCBA employees will receive a $500 sign-on bonus after 6 months of employment. Our BCBA will:

  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
  • Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, including RBT Competency Assessments and ongoing supervision.
  • Visually analyze and provide feedback on utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians
  • Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans
  • Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted
  • Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA Certification and MA LABA
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
  • Previous ABA Experience
  • Ability to pass both CORI and Federal background checks
