In this role, you will handle inbound calls, consult with policyholders, and convert sales leads into policyholders.

Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound calls and warm leads
  • Consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs
  • Matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders

Skills

  • 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire
  • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
  • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
  • 2-3 years sales experience preferred
