They are seeking a Director of Sales for the Semiconductor Vertical to lead their Engineering Services expansion across North America, focusing on building client relationships and driving significant revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for Engineering Services within the Semiconductor vertical across North America
  • Acquire net-new semiconductor clients and expand existing strategic accounts
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline to consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Engage and influence CXO and senior stakeholders, positioning UST as a strategic transformation partner
  • Create long-term partnerships that drive sustained growth and customer success
  • Own client satisfaction, value realization, and executive alignment
  • Develop compelling, differentiated value propositions tailored to semiconductor clients
  • Lead large, complex deal pursuits—from strategy through negotiation and closure
  • Collaborate with consulting, engineering, and delivery teams to craft innovative solutions
  • Manage and grow P&L responsibility ($30M+), balancing revenue growth with profitability
  • Ensure delivery excellence across engagements—on time, on budget, and high quality
  • Proactively identify market trends and translate them into growth opportunities

Skills

  • At least 12 years of experience in a combination client relationship and new logo acquisition role with experience in the Engineering Services domain
  • A strong background and experience within the global delivery service model
  • A track record you can be proud of in client relationship management, business development and sales to Semicon industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client P&L of at least $30 million dollars
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills
  • Strong leadership skills and demonstrated capabilities of being a thought leader and thriving in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
  • A proven record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CXO and CXO-1) levels
  • Knowledge of global delivery model (GDM) and methodologies
