They are seeking a Sales Development Representative Intern to support the sales team by researching target accounts, identifying prospects, and conducting outreach through emails and calls.

Responsibilities

  • Research target accounts and identify prospects
  • Build contact lists for outreach
  • Conduct outbound emails and calls
  • Qualify inbound leads
  • Schedule introductory meetings for account executives
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
  • Track engagement and prepare brief summaries of prospect needs
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging
  • Learn core sales methodologies
  • Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment

Skills

  • Sales and Inside Sales skills, with an interest in consultative selling and understanding customer pain points
  • Lead Generation and Business Development abilities, including researching prospects and identifying new opportunities
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally
  • Comfort using CRM or sales engagement tools, spreadsheets, and basic productivity software
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage tasks in a remote environment with guidance from the team
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Interest in e-commerce, SaaS, or startup environments; prior internship or project experience in sales or marketing is a plus
