[Remote] Oracle Cloud RMCS Techno-Functional Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infovity is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud RMCS Techno-Functional Consultant to join their Oracle Cloud practice. The role involves working closely with clients to understand business requirements, design scalable solutions, support implementations, and provide post-production support for Oracle Cloud RMCS implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle Cloud RMCS implementations and production support engagements
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend best-practice Oracle Cloud solutions
- Configure Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) modules based on business requirements
- Design and document functional specifications, business processes, solution designs, and test scenarios
- Conduct CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), SIT/UAT testing, user training sessions, and go-live support activities
- Work closely with Finance, Order Management, Subscription Management, and Billing teams to ensure end-to-end revenue recognition compliance
- Analyze and troubleshoot RMCS-related issues involving source data, revenue contracts, performance obligations, and accounting entries
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, conversions, and extensions
- Support integrations between RMCS and upstream/downstream systems including Order Management, AR, Subscription Management, CPQ, and third-party applications
- Coordinate with offshore functional and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client expectations
Skills
- 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle ERP applications
- Minimum 2+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud RMCS implementation projects
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS)
- Strong understanding of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition principles
- Hands-on experience with Revenue Contracts
- Hands-on experience with Performance Obligations
- Hands-on experience with SSP (Standalone Selling Price)
- Hands-on experience with Revenue Allocation
- Hands-on experience with Revenue Scheduling and Recognition
- Hands-on experience with Contract Modifications
- Experience integrating RMCS with Oracle Order Management Cloud
- Experience integrating RMCS with Subscription Management
- Experience integrating RMCS with Receivables (AR)
- Experience integrating RMCS with Pricing
- Experience integrating RMCS with CPQ
- Good understanding of Oracle Financials Cloud modules including General Ledger (GL)
- Good understanding of Oracle Financials Cloud modules including Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Good understanding of Oracle Financials Cloud modules including Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and file-based integrations
- Knowledge of data conversion, FBDI uploads, inbound/outbound interfaces, and reporting solutions
- Hands-on exposure to SaaS extensions including Groovy, Application Composer, or related Oracle Cloud extensibility tools
- Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills
- Ability to independently lead workshops, testing sessions, and solution discussions
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience with Oracle Subscription Management Cloud
- Experience with Oracle CPQ and Pricing modules
- Knowledge of SaaS or subscription-based business models
- Oracle Cloud certifications in Financials or RMCS preferred
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
