[Remote] Product Designer - Super Agent Platform
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. YipitData is making a significant product investment in an AI-powered Insight Agent that transforms customer interactions with data. As a Product Designer on the Super Agent team, you will design intuitive workflows and experiences that help users engage with complex data and AI insights, collaborating closely with various teams to shape the product's future.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for key Super Agent workflows, from discovery through launch
- Design intuitive experiences that help customers explore data, ask questions, and generate insights
- Translate complex AI and data concepts into clear, elegant user experiences
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define problems, evaluate solutions, and ship high-quality products
- Help define how users interact with the Insight Agent across search, conversation, analysis, and insight-generation workflows
- Design experiences that build trust in AI-generated outputs through clarity, transparency, and explainability
- Develop interaction patterns for new AI-powered capabilities and emerging customer workflows
- Contribute to the evolution of the product as new datasets, use cases, and agent capabilities are introduced
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand customer needs and pain points
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to improve product experiences
- Help shape product direction by identifying opportunities to improve usability, adoption, and customer value
- Contribute to shared design systems and standards
- Ensure experiences remain consistent, scalable, and high quality as the product evolves
- Partner with Engineering to maintain design fidelity and usability across releases
Skills
- 3+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS, enterprise software, analytics, or data products
- A portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, UX design, and visual design craft
- Experience designing complex workflows, dashboards, analytics tools, or AI-powered products
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineers
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and helping shape products from first principles
- Experience simplifying complex information into intuitive user experiences
- Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of building impactful products
- Experience designing AI/LLM-powered products, data platforms, analytics products, or decision-support tools
