[Remote] VP, Regional Sales Managers

They are seeking an experienced Mortgage VP/Regional Director to lead and manage a team of Loan Officers, driving loan production and expanding the brand into new markets.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train and mentor a high-performing team of Mortgage Loan Officers to ensure they achieve individual and team sales targets
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
- Monitor team performance metrics, set sales targets and goals aligned with company objectives
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
- Represent Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. in the local community to enhance brand visibility and reputation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Sales Manager or similar role with a proven track record in sales leadership
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a proven track record of driving results
- Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), authorized to conduct business in New Hampshire
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
