[Remote] Sales Operations Manager

CyberForce Global is a venture-backed cybersecurity startup focused on solving critical problems in enterprise security through an AI-native platform. They are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to scale their sales and revenue engine by bridging strategic leadership with operational expertise across sales, marketing, and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to the sales leadership team, providing data-driven insights to shape GTM strategy and forecasting
- Design and manage territory models, account assignments, quota-setting and the sales compensation and incentive plan as the sales team scales
- Facilitate a data-driven Deal Desk model to manage pricing, terms, and risk mitigation in complex enterprise cybersecurity deals
- Ensure clean, reliable data flow and system integrations across all key tools
- Sales Operations: Streamline pipeline management, deal flow, and contract execution to reduce friction and improve win rates
- Marketing Operations: Partner with marketing leadership on lead routing, campaign attribution models, and pipeline tracking
- Customer Success Operations: Optimise the onboarding and renewal handoff process, track customer health scores, and operationalise net retention metrics
Skills
- A proven self-starter who operates with confidence in high-velocity, ambiguous environments - equally at ease shaping strategy and rolling up their sleeves to get things done
- 4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy, ideally within a scaling B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company
- Hands-on experience with critical GTM systems infrastructure, and within the marketing automation and customer success tools stack
- Solid foundation in sales processes and methodologies, with demonstrable experience across territory design, quota assignment, and sales compensation structures
- Exceptional data analysis skills with a proven ability to translate raw data into actionable insights and business strategies
- Ability to communicate comfortably and effectively with senior and/or executive management; strong motivation/influencing skills
