Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional support to clients regarding travel plans and reservations
  • Assist with coordinating vacation packages, hotel stays, cruises, transportation, and related travel services
  • Research travel options and availability using approved company systems
  • Review booking details and travel information for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging platforms
  • Help manage travel updates, schedule adjustments, and reservation-related requests
  • Maintain organized records of client communications and travel documentation
  • Participate in virtual training sessions and continuous learning opportunities
