[Remote] Project Manager with AI Agentic

Responsibilities
- Owns delivery coordination for their hub
- Single point of contact to the Architect for resourcing, scheduling and escalation
- Accountable for SLA adherence and utilization reporting
- ServiceNow project delivery scoping and coordination
- Risk and issue management
- Agile delivery execution
- Experience in AI Agentic
- Capacity Planning, Sprint and backlog management
- ServiceNow PPM, PMO and reporting tools
- Stakeholder mgmt across TCS
- Escalation handling and conflict resolution
- Onboarding coordination for new TCS resources
Skills
