Mondo is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to support a portfolio of client-facing SuccessFactors engagements, including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and sustainment activities. The role involves managing project delivery, stakeholder communications, project financials, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple concurrent SAP SuccessFactors client engagements, including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and managed services activities
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing project lead, running weekly and bi-weekly status meetings and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, issues, action items, and delivery schedules
  • Maintain project management workbooks and reporting documentation, including forecasting, actuals, resource allocation, project health, and budget tracking
  • Coordinate consultants, Customer Success teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead project communications, status reporting, and executive-level updates for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage SuccessFactors release and upgrade initiatives, including feature reviews, testing coordination, stakeholder communication, and deployment planning
  • Monitor project scope, budget, resource utilization, and delivery milestones while proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies
  • Handle client escalations and delivery challenges while maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Support transitions from implementation into ongoing managed services and sustainment operations
  • Drive issue resolution across customer, consulting, and internal delivery teams

Skills

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • 3+ years of direct SAP SuccessFactors project experience
  • Experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or sustainment engagements
  • Experience working in a client-facing consulting, professional services, implementation partner, or managed services environment
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent customer engagements simultaneously
  • Experience maintaining project plans, status reports, project documentation, and stakeholder communications
  • Experience tracking project financials, including forecasting, actuals, resource allocation, and budget reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage difficult client situations, escalations, and competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced delivery environment
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Authorization to work in the United States (US Citizen required)
  • Experience working for a SAP SuccessFactors consulting firm, implementation partner, or professional services organization
  • PMP certification or other Project Management certification
  • Experience managing SuccessFactors release management and feature adoption initiatives
  • Experience transitioning clients from implementation into managed services or sustainment support models
  • SAP HCM experience
  • Experience supporting federal, government, FedRAMP, DoD, or other highly regulated environments
  • Experience managing portfolios of 4-5+ concurrent client engagements
  • Strong consultative approach with executive presence, adaptability, and relationship-building skills
