The NetSuite Project Manager will lead ERP implementations, manage project scope and resources, and build strong client relationships while ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior client-facing leader responsible for the successful delivery of ERP implementations, with a focus on NetSuite solutions
  • Lead and direct cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; proactively track availability and optimize utilization across engagements
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks by implementing effective risk management plans and escalation strategies
  • Drive project governance, including status reporting, KPI tracking, and executive-level communication on project health and outcomes
  • Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to guide clients through complex ERP implementations and business transformation initiatives
  • Act as a Solution Architect on select engagements, leading solution design for NetSuite implementations, ensuring alignment to client business requirements and best practices
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define end-to-end system architecture, including integrations, data strategy, and configuration decisions across NetSuite platforms
  • Provide strategic guidance on system design trade-offs, scalability, and long-term maintainability of ERP solutions
  • Champion a client-first mindset, using expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills to deliver measurable value and positive outcomes
  • Promote and model BPM’s values, including supporting remote-first operations, leveraging digital collaboration tools, and contributing to sustainable workplace practices

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in ERP consulting and project management, with demonstrated experience leading implementations for NetSuite
  • Proven experience managing complex, full lifecycle ERP implementations in a consulting environment
  • Strong project management expertise, including development of work breakdown structures, project plans, and resource forecasting (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)
  • Deep understanding of ERP ecosystems, including data migrations, integrations, reporting, and system customizations
  • Experience contributing to or leading solution architecture for ERP implementations, including translating business requirements into scalable system designs across NetSuite
  • Experience leading large, distributed teams across multiple concurrent engagements
  • Excellent client management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
  • PMP certification and/or MBA
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Workday implementations, including design, configuration, and deployment
  • Experience across key business domains such as finance, accounting, HR, or operations
  • Background in SaaS/Cloud-based environments (ASP/SaaS)
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, customer management, and business process transformation
