[Remote] Product Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Black Kite is the global leader in third-party cyber risk intelligence, trusted by more than 3,000 organizations worldwide. They are seeking a Product Manager to own key innovation projects within their roadmap, working closely with various teams to support strategy development and execution. The role requires strategic thinking and a passion for understanding customer problems to drive successful product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of projects and work with the various development & marketing teams to bring solutions to our customers and internal stakeholders
• Continually collaborate in all aspects of Black Kite innovation including product ideation, strategy, vision, roadmapping, & execution
• Work with product architecture and design to build a vision for customer solutions
• Perform and analyze the market and strategies related to the product, including conducting pricing & competitive analysis
• Portrays the voice of the customer as a means to communicate ideas to foster innovation

Skills

• BA or BS Degree, as well as 3+ years experience as a technical product manager, product manager, integration engineer, sales engineer, or related field
• Evidence of strong leadership skills, ownership, and creativity with a strong interest in using AI tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good organization and multitasking abilities
• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to prioritize effectively, and to apply critical thinking and good judgment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members and customers at all levels
• Strong personal drive, passion, enthusiasm and ethics
• Understanding of the Cybersecurity industry, a plus
