[Remote] Client Operations Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sentic is a remote-first, full-service growth marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses access best-in-class digital marketing. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Operations Manager to bridge the gap between clients and the expert team, managing relationships and ensuring successful project delivery. The role involves translating client goals into actionable plans, monitoring campaign performance, and driving client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned roster of clients, owning the day-to-day relationship
- Lead regular client check-ins, kickoff calls, and status meetings to track progress, commitments, and blockers
- Manage client expectations around deliverables, timelines, and campaign performance
- Partner closely with our internal media, creative, and strategy teams to create strategic plans that yield results
- Develop and actively manage project timelines, workstream trackers, and deliverables to ensure all deadlines are met on time and within scope
- Act as the internal "unblocker" by streamlining workflows, clarifying requirements, and eliminating execution gaps between departments
- Work with the Head of Client Operations to measure satisfaction, find upsell opportunities and identify churn risks
- Monitor the health and performance of digital marketing campaigns (Paid Search, Paid Social, Email, Programmatic, etc.) alongside the execution team
- Build, maintain, and present marketing dashboards and reports that clearly communicate campaign performance and ROI to the client
- Assist in the setup and operational workflows of marketing campaigns to ensure smooth launches
Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, marketing operations, or digital project management, preferably within a digital/media agency environment
- A firm understanding of digital marketing and all the components. You don't need to be the one pushing the buttons in Google Ads or Meta, but you need to understand the platforms well enough to translate data into client-facing reports and craft the digital strategy
- Impeccable organizational skills. You are comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and keeping a fast-paced team on track
- Deep familiarity with Google Analytics, Hubspot and Shopify. Any other experience in 'source of truth' platforms would be a huge advantage
- Experience with project management platforms (Clickup, Asana, Databox) and communication tools like Slack
- You bring an opinion. You take ownership of the process and are not looking for others to solve your problems. You like to roll up your sleeves and figure it out
