Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies leveraging SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and performance marketing techniques to maximize reach and engagement
- Conduct detailed keyword research and utilize SEO tools to optimize website content, landing pages, and campaigns for higher search engine rankings
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other digital channels to generate qualified leads
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and SQL to monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and identify opportunities for conversion optimization
- Develop compelling content tailored for diverse channels including email marketing, social media management, blogs, and landing pages to attract and nurture prospective candidates and clients
- Collaborate with creative teams using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop to produce engaging graphics, banners, and visual assets aligned with branding standards
- Implement marketing automation workflows within content management systems (CMS) to streamline outreach efforts and improve overall campaign efficiency
Skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on growth strategies within a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools, Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, SEM techniques, and social media management platforms
- Technical skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and data analysis purposes
- Expertise in content creation, copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite or Photoshop to craft visually appealing assets
- Knowledge of performance marketing tactics such as conversion rate optimization (CRO), keyword research, and A/B testing methodologies
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress or similar) for managing digital assets efficiently
