Skills

  • 1 year+ of customer service / call center experience
  • Must have dependable internet service
  • Patience, empathy, and communication are key
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with electronic documentation systems, HIPAA environments, and troubleshooting support is ideal
  • Fluently bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
