[Remote] Associate Account Manager - Retail
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Paul Street is a growing partner marketing agency seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Coordinator. The role involves managing and optimizing Amazon affiliate marketing programs, building relationships with affiliates, and monitoring performance metrics to maximize revenue and brand exposure.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of Amazon partner programs across Levanta and Amazon’s brand portal
- Manage partner onboarding, commission setup, link management, and campaign configuration
- Monitor program performance daily - tracking clicks, conversions, revenue metrics
- Identify and flag any program anomalies or suspicious partner activity
- Support Senior Account Managers as an additional point of contact for brand clients on Amazon program activity
- Participate in client calls, contributing Amazon-specific program updates, performance insights, and operational context
- Prepare clear, client-ready reporting and program summaries ahead of calls and reviews
- Respond to client queries on Amazon program activity promptly and professionally, escalating where appropriate
- Support QBR preparation by collating performance data, partner highlights, and program recommendations
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for partners, responding to queries promptly and professionally
- Onboard new partners and brief them on program terms, commission structures, and content guidelines
- Maintain accurate partner records including contact details, content URLs, link types, and commission agreements
- Support partner recruitment across editorial, listicle, influencer, and media buyer categories
- Coordinate product sample requests for influencer partners
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports at partner and ASIN level
- Track and report on incremental sales, new customer metrics, and Best Seller Rank (BSR) trends
- Support Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation by collating performance data and program highlights
- Ensure partners have access to current creatives, product assets, and promotional materials
- Coordinate flat fee + CPA placement deals - tracking live dates, content URLs, and performance
- Support campaign activations during key sale periods such as Prime Day and Black Friday
- Conduct regular audits of active partners to ensure brand guidelines and program policies are followed
- Review partner content for accuracy, appropriate positioning, and policy compliance
- Ensure all partner agreements and commission terms are documented and properly recorded
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in partner marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data - pulling reports, spotting trends, and presenting numbers clearly
- Excellent written communication - clear and professional in all partner and client correspondence
- Proactive problem-solver who flags issues early and comes with a proposed solution
- Reliable and accountable - you follow through and keep commitments
- Calm under pressure during high-activity periods such as Prime Day and Q4
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time effectively
- Must be available for EST working conditions
