The role involves building high-performing sales teams, expanding vendor relationships, and shaping sales strategies to drive growth in these sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive originations across agriculture and manufacturing verticals
- Expand vendor programs and strategic industry relationships
- Partner with credit leadership to structure competitive financing solutions
- Identify new opportunities for growth across key equipment segments
Skills
- Has equipment finance origination experience
- Has managed or coached sales teams or originators
- Understands agriculture equipment, manufacturing equipment, or both
- Thrives in a relationship-driven, entrepreneurial sales culture
