Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Assistance: Respond promptly and courteously to passenger inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide accurate information on flight bookings, reservations, baggage policies, and travel‑related concerns.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; some college coursework or a degree is a plus.
