Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative specializing in broker support and financial operations at arenaflex, you'll be at the heart of our client services division. Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Communication: Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and other correspondence related to broker status, payments, and account inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Reporting and Commission Calculation: Analyze financial reports, calculate commissions accurately, and ensure timely payment processing for our broker network.
  • Team Training and Development: Participate in training team members on processes, systems, and best practices to maintain service excellence across the department.
