Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
  • Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, anticipating their needs and delivering personalized solutions.
  • Identify and act on upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, aligning product recommendations with each customer’s travel preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including sales, operations, product, and technical support—to resolve complex issues and deliver seamless experiences.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback within the CRM system.
  • Stay current on arenaflex’s evolving product portfolio, service enhancements, and industry trends to provide accurate, up‑to‑date assistance.
  • Proactively reach out to customers for feedback, conduct satisfaction surveys, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Achieve and exceed individual performance metrics as well as team‑wide goals related to response time, resolution rate, and net promoter score (NPS).
  • Participate in regular training sessions, knowledge‑sharing forums, and mentorship programs to sharpen expertise and share best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service, support, or sales role, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and persuasively—both written and verbal—with diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of working independently, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to diagnose problems, propose solutions, and follow through to resolution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.

  • Experience with airline reservation systems, loyalty programs, or travel‑related technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with data‑driven performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, NPS, First Contact Resolution) and the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Multilingual abilities—especially fluency in Spanish, French, or Mandarin—are a distinct advantage.
  • Certification in customer success, such as the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) designation.
