Position Summary

arenaflex is seeking motivated, detail‑oriented individuals to join our Remote Data Entry team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our patient enrollment and medication data processes, ensuring that critical health information is captured accurately, securely, and in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize arenaflex’s proprietary data entry platforms to input patient enrollment information, prescription details, and medication refill orders with precision.
  • Process high‑volume inbound and outbound communications—including phone calls, emails, and chat messages—while maintaining a courteous and empathetic tone.
  • Interpret and resolve clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) and verify missing medication data by collaborating with pharmacists, prescribers, and patients.
  • Investigate and correct “outside oddities” (data discrepancies) by gathering additional information, making necessary edits, and resubmitting records for approval.
  • Provide timely support to pharmacy staff both on‑site and in other regions, escalating complex issues to senior team members when appropriate.
  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and arenaflex privacy policies, ensuring all patient information is handled confidentially.
  • Achieve certification or licensing requirements within the first 90 days and sustain an active credential throughout employment.
  • Document all interactions and updates in the arenaflex system to create an audit‑ready trail for compliance and quality assurance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency—including turning a computer on/off, using a mouse, opening/closing applications, saving and printing documents, and navigating the internet.
  • Typing Ability: Minimum 25 words per minute (WPM) with a focus on accuracy.
  • Communication: Ability to convey information clearly in both written and verbal formats.
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • At least one year of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment, preferably with exposure to call‑center operations.
