What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide analytical, research, and assessment support for the development and enhancement of Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) programs
  • Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews for high-risk customers in compliance with KYC policy and regulations
  • Analyze data and emerging trends to meet program health reporting requirements and recommend improvements
  • Coordinate requests and communication between FCRM partners and management
  • Maintain a culture of risk management and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role
  • Strong understanding of AML, KYC, and EDD processes and regulations
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • ACAMS certification
  • 1-2 years of experience specifically in an AML, KYC, EDD, or CDD role
  • Familiarity with regulatory changes and trends in financial crime risk management
  • Experience in providing guidance and support to teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
