As a Senior Customer Engineer – Remote Security & Cloud Solutions Specialist, you will be the strategic bridge between arenaflex’s advanced security portfolio and the organizations that rely on arenaflex Cloud to protect their most critical assets. You will partner directly with C‑level executives, security architects, engineers, and product teams to design, articulate, and implement robust security strategies that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with arenaflex Cloud Security and Product teams to identify and qualify high‑impact business opportunities across diverse industry sectors.
  • Conduct deep‑dive technical assessments with customers to uncover security gaps, compliance requirements, and architectural constraints.
  • Design and present tailored security architectures that leverage arenaflex Cloud services such as Identity & Access Management, Zero‑Trust networking, SIEM integration, and threat‑detection platforms.
  • Lead end‑to‑end proof‑of‑concept (PoC) engagements, delivering compelling demos, white‑papers, and technical briefings that illustrate the tangible benefits of arenaflex security solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and guiding decision‑making throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of emerging threat vectors, ransomware trends, attack frameworks, and industry‑specific compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, FedRAMP).

Essential Qualifications
