  • Tool Integration: Integrate and optimize security tools (e.g., SIEM platforms, endpoint detection & response, IDS/IPS) within the SOC ecosystem to streamline investigation processes.
  • Forensic Analysis: Conduct network forensics, malware triage, cloud forensics, and disk/ memory analysis to uncover root causes and evidence of compromise.
  • Customer & Partner Support: Serve as a technical liaison for arenaflex’s largest advertising customers and product partners, providing Tier‑1 analyst support, mentorship, and escalation handling.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Lead cross‑functional initiatives with engineering, product, and revenue teams to embed emerging security technologies into arenaflex’s product suite.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Produce clear, concise incident reports, security impact assessments, and formal documentation for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Coach junior analysts, share best practices, and contribute to internal training programs that elevate the overall security maturity of the organization.
