Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex Locker+, you will be the friendly face that customers rely on for smooth package handling. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing items for delivery.
- Greeting customers, answering questions, and providing clear guidance on locker usage, returns, and pickup procedures.
- Resolving customer issues through proactive problem‑solving, ensuring each interaction ends with a positive experience.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace that meets arenaflex safety standards.
- Managing the opening and closing responsibilities for your Locker+ location, including securing the site and performing end‑of‑day checks.
- Utilizing smartphones, handheld scanners, and other technology to sort, scan, and track packages accurately.
- Receiving truck deliveries, unloading items, and verifying shipment contents against manifests.
- Operating carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other material‑handling equipment to move packages efficiently.
- Adhering to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment when required.
Essential Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Comfortable standing and walking for up to five‑hour shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to work part‑time hours between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules that may vary week to week.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and handheld scanning devices.
