Job Description Position Summary: The Onsite Representative serves as the primary liaison between the staffing firm and the client, overseeing day-to-day contingent workforce operations. This role ensures exceptional service delivery, efficient workforce management, and positive engagement for both the client and assigned employees. The Onsite Representative is responsible for supporting recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and employee relations to maintain a productive and compliant work environment. 3rd shift seasonal role:11pm- 7:30am Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the client's management and HR team regarding staffing needs, employee performance, and workforce planning. Build strong partnerships with client stakeholders to ensure service excellence and proactive problem solving. Workforce Coordination: Manage daily check-ins, attendance, and scheduling of temporary employees. Support onboarding, orientations, safety briefings, and timekeeping processes. Ensure compliance with client and company policies, safety procedures, and performance expectations. Employee Engagement & Relations: Serve as the on-site resource for assigned employees regarding questions, attendance issues, and workplace concerns. Promote retention and morale through consistent communication, recognition, and responsiveness. Address and document employee performance issues in partnership with internal HR or the onsite manager. Recruitment & Placement Support: Partner with the recruiting team to ensure timely fulfillment of client orders. Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate workforce data including timekeeping, attendance, and assignment details. Prepare daily or weekly reports on headcount, turnover, attendance, and production metrics. Monitor employee hours and assist with payroll accuracy. Qualifications: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR administration preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking/timekeeping systems. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.   • Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR administration preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

  • Associate degree or higher preferred
