- Generate and distribute routine reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) that support specialty pharmacy business reviews and financial audits.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve data discrepancies, reconcile mismatched records, and address late or erroneous submissions.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of Quarterly Business Review (QBR) data for both pharma and payer stakeholders, including the creation of dashboards and visualizations.

- Act as a subject‑matter expert (SME) for data governance within the specialty pharmacy domain, advising stakeholders on best practices and data quality standards.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams (e.g., finance, clinical, operations) and external partners (e.g., pharma manufacturers, payers, vendors) to ensure seamless data flow.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve data entry processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance overall data quality.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Informatics, Data Management, or a related field; alternatively, a high school diploma/GED with at least nine years of relevant experience.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands‑on data entry or data management experience, preferably within a health‑care or pharmacy setting.

- Experience identifying root causes of data quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership and external partners.
- Familiarity with financial reporting processes and the ability to support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time for on‑site meetings, training sessions, or industry events (travel may be domestic or international).
