Position Overview: Your Role on the arenaflex Team

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative — also known internally as a Remote Client Experience Specialist — to join our growing team supporting world-class brands from the Bristol, Tennessee area. In this role, you will serve as the critical first point of contact for customers reaching out with questions, concerns, and requests. You will be the eyes, ears, and voice of arenaflex, using creativity, empathy, and resourcefulness to resolve inquiries on the first call whenever possible.

You will work in a collaborative, engaging, and supportive virtual environment, interacting with people from all walks of life. Location Note: This position is based remotely in the Bristol, TN area. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of Bristol, TN to be eligible for this role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with a wide range of meaningful responsibilities designed to deliver outstanding customer experiences:

  • Handle and thoughtfully respond to all incoming customer inquiries across voice and digital channels, ensuring every interaction reflects arenaflex's standards of excellence.
  • Provide best-in-class customer service by practicing active listening, demonstrating empathy, and tailoring solutions to each customer's unique situation.
  • Work sensitively with confidential customer information, maintaining strict compliance with privacy, data protection, and security standards at all times.
  • Strive to resolve customer issues on the first call through proactive problem-solving, accurate information gathering, and confident decision-making.
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and appropriately with customers, adapting tone and style to match the needs of each individual.
  • De-escalate tense or emotional interactions calmly and professionally, using conflict-resolution techniques to restore customer confidence and trust.
  • Escalate interactions to senior team members or specialized departments when necessary and appropriate, ensuring smooth handoffs and continuity of care.
  • Accurately document and track all call-related information, including case notes, outcomes, and follow-up actions, for auditing, reporting, and quality assurance purposes.
  • Provide constructive feedback on recurring call issues, customer pain points, and process improvement opportunities to help arenaflex continuously evolve.

Essential Qualifications

arenaflex is looking for fearless, motivated, and customer-obsessed individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best. To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • The ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual team environment, demonstrating self-discipline, accountability, and collaboration.
  • A minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • The ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Comfort and confidence working with desktop computer systems on a daily basis.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong logical problem-solving skills and sound judgment under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work-from-Home Requirements

To succeed in this remote role, you will need a reliable home-office setup that meets the following standards:

  • Internet Connection: A minimum subscribed download speed of 12.0 Mbps or higher, a minimum subscribed upload speed of 3.0 Mbps or higher, an ISP with no packet loss, and ping latency under 50ms.
  • Proof of Internet Speed: Candidates will be required to provide documentation verifying that their home internet meets these performance thresholds.
  • Clean and Quiet Workspace: A dedicated, distraction-free work area that allows you to focus, communicate clearly, and maintain professionalism on every call.
