- Data Entry & Validation: Accurately input campaign details, creative assets, targeting parameters, and performance metrics into arenaflex’s proprietary ad‑operations platforms.
- Media Planning Collaboration: Work closely with media planners to translate strategic recommendations into actionable trafficking orders, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Revenue Optimization: Contribute to the creation of media plans that maximize revenue by identifying high‑performing inventory and recommending optimizations.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between sales, finance, and technical teams to resolve any discrepancies, address client inquiries, and keep projects on schedule.
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate daily and weekly performance reports, maintain up‑to‑date documentation of standard operating procedures, and assist in the preparation of client presentations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough checks on campaign setups, ensuring compliance with brand safety standards, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
- Training & Mentorship: Participate in onboarding sessions for new hires and share knowledge with peers to foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Technology Stack Maintenance: Keep abreast of updates to arenaflex’s ad‑tech stack (e.g., DV360, Google Marketing Platform, proprietary DSPs) and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Strategic Insight Generation: Analyze usage patterns of digital inventory, identify trends, and propose process enhancements that drive efficiency and revenue growth.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
