Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Support Analyst who will drive the design, execution, and continuous improvement of our Customer Insight Center. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end execution of the Customer Insight Center workflow, guaranteeing high‑quality, streamlined data entry for internal users.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry, customer analytics, or product management within a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
