Position Overview – Remote Data Entry Specialist
We are seeking meticulous, self‑driven individuals to join our remote workforce as Data Entry Specialists. In this role, you will be the backbone of our data capture pipeline, ensuring that every image, document, and piece of information is accurately entered, verified, and protected. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data from a continuous stream of images into the QuickClaim system, maintaining a high level of precision.
- Identify and classify document types based on provided documentation, applying established taxonomy guidelines.
- Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality standards, correcting any discrepancies promptly.
- Safeguard all Personal Health Information (PHI) in strict accordance with HIPAA regulations and arenaflex’s internal privacy policies.
- Communicate professionally with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional staff to resolve ambiguities and improve workflow efficiency.
- Propose actionable recommendations for process enhancements, automation opportunities, or quality‑control improvements.
- Complete daily task quotas, ensuring that all assigned work is finished before the end of your shift.
- Perform additional office duties as assigned, such as basic data audits, reporting, or assisting with training new hires.
Required Skills & Qualifications
