Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our clients' satisfaction through various touchpoints:

  • Must be a legal resident of the United States with the right to work
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check
  • Previous experience in customer service roles, with preference given to candidates from insurance or financial services sectors
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and standard email platforms

  • Hard Drive: 20 GB or more of available space, with 60 GB or more of total space
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 8.1 (please note that some client programs may not be fully compatible with Windows 8.1). Mac systems are also acceptable with a minimum i5 processor.
  • Internet Connection: A hard-wired connection is mandatory (wireless connections are not supported). Minimum requirements include 10 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed.
  • Equipment: High-quality headset with noise-canceling microphone, dedicated workspace with minimal background noise, and backup internet connection
  • Software: Up-to-date web browser and Microsoft Office suite
