Role Overview
arenaflex is seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end customer journey for the arenaflex InHome grocery delivery experience. This role is remote‑friendly, with the expectation to collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams based in Bentonville, AR. You will be the champion of the product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring that every touchpoint—from the moment a customer places an InHome order to the final delivery into their cooler—is seamless, delightful, and aligned with arenaflex’s high standards for quality and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and communicate a multi‑year product roadmap that balances short‑term wins with long‑term innovation for the arenaflex InHome experience.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Conduct deep‑dive research to map the complete customer lifecycle, identify pain points, and translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, operations, logistics, and customer support teams to deliver features that meet both technical feasibility and market demand.
- Data‑Driven Decision Making: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), build dashboards, and analyze metrics to measure product health, adoption, and satisfaction.
- Feature Delivery & Quality Assurance: Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery process, including specification writing, sprint planning, testing, and post‑launch validation to ensure high‑quality releases.

Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands‑on product management experience, preferably in consumer‑facing digital services or e‑commerce platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in taking a product from concept through launch, with measurable impact on customer satisfaction and revenue.
