  • Feedback Advocacy: Gather, prioritize, and communicate partner suggestions, championing enhancements that improve tool usability and performance.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, product managers, and quality assurance specialists to design and implement workflow improvements.
  • Feature Development Support: Participate in cross‑disciplinary discussions, helping translate feature concepts into concrete specifications and release plans.
  • Professional Conduct: Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a customer‑centric mindset in all interactions, both written and verbal.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience supporting live services, SaaS platforms, or internal tooling environments.
  • Familiarity with Unity 3D, including basic scene setup and tool integration.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or comparable defect‑tracking and documentation platforms.
  • Exposure to iOS and Android development cycles, even if limited to testing or debugging.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands‑on experience building or extending Unity editor tools.
  • Previous work in a remote or distributed team environment.
  • Exposure to cloud‑based CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise technical documentation for non‑technical audiences.
  • Passion for media production, streaming technology, or digital entertainment.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with external partners, internal engineers, and senior leadership.
  • Problem‑Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying root causes and proposing sustainable solutions.
  • Customer‑Focus: Empathetic attitude toward partner needs, coupled with the ability to deliver constructive feedback.
  • Self‑Motivation: Ability to work independently, set personal goals, and stay accountable without direct supervision.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills that foster trust and cooperation across diverse functional groups.
