Education and Experience - Customer Service Advocate ??You should have a stable work history, be a high school graduate or have your GED, and must be authorized to work in the United States. ??Utility business requires occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages. ??Must have at least 1 year of call center experience in the last 3 years. Benefits and Pay - Customer Service Advocate ??Starts at $16.00/hour with future opportunities for advancement and growth. ??Generous benefits ??Health and life insurance, dental reimbursement. ??A few weeks of paid virtual training 9 a.m.-6 p.m. focused on the sales aspect of the role. ??Schedule after training requires open availability Monday-Friday (8:00am-7:00pm) and Saturday (9:00am-1:00pm). ??Office closed on Sundays. ??Start date Monday, March 11.
