Remote CAD Drafter
Our client is seeking a highly detail-oriented CAD Drafter to support our architectural stone and fabrication operations. This role is responsible for producing accurate, production-ready shop drawings and managing drawing revisions across the lifecycle of each project. Role And Responsibilities
- Develop detailed shop drawings for natural stone applications
- Translate architectural plans into fabrication drawings
- Maintain strict revision control and document updates
- Coordinate with project managers and production teams
- Ensure accuracy and constructability of all drawings
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
And Education Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years CAD drafting experience
- Recent experience, developed detailed shop drawings and production-ready fabrication layouts for natural stone applications, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project specification
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or relevant CAD platforms
- Proficiency in CAM
- Ability to read construction documents
Work Conditions
- Office & Manufacturing Environment
- Hours will be Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Fully Remote option following training period
Client Note: "This is a position that we are open to fully remote- out of state as well as in our area of Chilton, WI. The interview process is:
- The group meeting A 30-minute phone interview with me
- A 1 hour in person if local interview with the Leader and Myself – or via Teams if out of the area
- There is likely to be another Teams or in person interview (we would fly them in if remote) to meet with additional members of the Leadership
- Team.
Once an offer is accepted, there will be a week spent in Chilton, WI to train alongside our current drafter and learn about the role, meet follow rockstars and learn about the company. We do cover travel accommodations for that week if a fully remote employee." Apply To This Job Apply To This Job
