• Reaching out to new inbound prospects within 24 hours and starting admissions discussions via phone
• Describing Novatio School's virtual education model and enrollment procedures using straightforward, accessible language
• Maintaining disciplined follow-up routines to advance families from initial inquiry through application and final enrollment
• Recording all engagement activities in a CRM with detailed notes, defined next actions, and current pipeline status
• Planning and facilitating local recruitment activities in Texas or Arizona to showcase the school and collect prospective family information What You Won’t Be Doing
• Allowing new leads to remain uncontacted while you address administrative backlogs
• Reading from inflexible scripts or functioning like a mass-volume telemarketing operation
• Participating in events without actively engaging audiences or capturing qualified leads

• Located in Texas or Arizona with availability for hybrid work arrangements
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or another role involving direct customer interaction
• Prior work with children or families (including schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or comparable settings)
• Confident making regular phone calls and guiding families through processes with multiple steps
• Excellent spoken communication abilities with aptitude for quickly building rapport and trust
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms or digital tools for lead management and tracking Nice-to-have Requirements
• Background in admissions, enrollment coordination, inside sales, or lead qualification functions
• Experience organizing or delivering presentations at community events or outreach initiatives
