Role Overview: We are seeking a driven Sales Representative (Mid-Level) to spearhead new business sales of our Salesforce Managed Services and consulting solutions. This is a remote, contract role ideal for a self-motivated “hunter” who thrives on uncapped earnings. You will work remotely and focus on acquiring new customers and reaching $50K–$75K in new monthly business. The ideal candidate has experience selling technology services or SaaS solutions, and is knowledgeable about the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll play a pivotal role in our growth by closing deals that help clients get ongoing value from their Salesforce investments. Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Prospect and identify potential clients in the SMB and mid-market segment who could benefit from Salesforce managed services. Leverage your network, outbound efforts (cold calls/emails), LinkedIn, and marketing leads to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage client stakeholders (VP/Director-level Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and IT managers) to understand their business challenges and goals. Position KeyNode’s Salesforce support and consulting services as tailored solutions to solve those pain points. Conduct needs assessments and craft proposals that demonstrate ROI and value.
  • Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Effectively pitch our service offerings – including ongoing Salesforce administration, support packages, implementation projects, and training. Deliver compelling product demos (with sales engineers’ help if needed) and presentations via Zoom/Teams. Clearly articulate how our services improve clients’ use of Salesforce.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead to close. This includes initial outreach, discovery calls, proposal development, pricing negotiations, and contract signing. Diligently update and track opportunities in our CRM (Salesforce) with accurate forecasts and notes. Maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure consistent monthly sales.
  • Quota Attainment: Take ownership of achieving a monthly new-business sales Flexara. Develop and execute a territory plan to meet or exceed these quotas. Strategize on deal timing and work creatively to close business within the sales period.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our delivery and consulting team to scope projects correctly. Coordinate pre-sales technical scoping or estimations with consultants so that proposals are accurate and compelling. After closing, ensure a smooth handoff to the delivery team and remain available for client relationship management as needed.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on Salesforce product updates and the broader SaaS/CRM market. Understand competitor offerings in the Salesforce consulting space. Use this knowledge to differentiate KeyNode Solutions in conversations with prospects.
  • Reporting: Attend regular sales meetings via video conference. Report on pipeline status, sales activities, and forecasts to the Sales Manager or company leadership. Use KPIs to assess your progress (e.g. number of new leads, calls, proposals out, closes) and proactively adjust your approach to hit targets. Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years of success in B2B sales, preferably in technology services or SaaS. Experience selling Salesforce-related services or software is a strong plus. A track record of meeting sales targets or quotas in a remote/inside sales capacity is required.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to prospect and close new business deals. Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills. Able to manage a full sales cycle and build relationships with executive-level clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and the value of CRM/ERP consulting. While hands-on expertise isn’t required, you should be conversant in Salesforce terminology and use-cases. Salesforce certifications or partner experience a bonus.
  • Communication: Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Comfortable conducting virtual meetings, product demos, and engaging clients with a polished, professional demeanor. Strong written skills for crafting proposals and follow-up emails.
  • Self-Motivated: Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to work independently in a remote environment. Because this role is commission-driven, you should be hungry to create your own success, manage time effectively, and persevere through long sales cycles if needed.
