  • About the Opportunity:

The Marketing Coordinator role supports the Strategic Growth Team within the Federal Programs business line. This position is responsible for coordinating and leading proposal efforts, supporting business development activities, and managing communication materials. The role contributes by ensuring compliant, clear, and strategically aligned proposals and sales materials that support pursuit strategies and client engagement, directly impacting the organization’s ability to secure federal contracts and grow its presence.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead standard proposals and support complex proposals including scheduling and conducting key meetings
  • Research, gather, edit, and produce proposal materials ensuring clarity and compliance
  • Coordinate design and production of proposal materials with graphics staff
  • Develop and maintain proposal, qualification, and sales files and databases
  • Support client teams in preparing materials for meetings and participate in client meetings
  • Assist communications team with regional activities such as newsletters, awards, social media campaigns, and conferences
  • Ensure sales and business development materials are compliant, accurate, and timely
  • Support or lead the presentation phase of pursuits with coordination of graphics and key messaging
  • Collaborate with pursuit teams on strategy development including business intelligence
  • Organize and facilitate sales and business development strategy meetings
  • Explore technology solutions to improve sales and client engagement effectiveness
  • Provide oversight of other team members'' work as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in editing, proofing, and sales/business development support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily InDesign), SharePoint, and other software
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and liaison skills with knowledge of business development procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines
  • Knowledge of managing standard proposals from start to finish with limited supervision
  • Ability to facilitate meetings

  • Pay Range and Compensation Package:
  • Expected Salary (all locations): $65,300.00 - $111,980.00
  • Expected Salary (Colorado only): $65,300.00 - $105,160.00
  • The compensation range is based on education, experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location. The organization reserves the right to adjust pay and benefits based on factors unrelated to protected status.
