Client Experience Coordinator (Remote)

Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to identify travel preferences, budgets, and expectations Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel arrangements Research accommodations, transportation, destinations, and activities based on client needs Present personalized recommendations and travel solutions Coordinate reservations and verify all booking details for accuracy Maintain organized client records and documentation Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Resolve questions and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner Build and maintain positive client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable using online systems, communication platforms, and digital tools Ability to work independently in a remote environment High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, call centers, or service-related industries is preferred
