What You Will Do

As a Credentialing Advocate, you will support the credentialing and recredentialing of healthcare providers, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct primary source verification of provider credentials (licenses, education, board certifications, work history) Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider records within credentialing systems Track expiration dates for licenses, certifications, and malpractice insurance Prepare credentialing and recredentialing files for review and approval Communicate with providers to obtain required documentation and resolve discrepancies Support audits, accreditation reviews, and compliance reporting Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards Respond to internal and external credentialing inquiries in a timely and professional manner Perform data entry and administrative support related to provider enrollment What You Bring

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications
