Clinical Support Specialist, Joint Replacement, Western Region

Work Flexibility: Field-based The Clinical Support Specialist responsibilities include directly supporting Stryker products associated with Joint Replacement procedures and optimizing customer service. This role within Western Region, Saudi Arabia will focus on supporting our customers to provide a best in class procedural solution. Additional responsibilities also include working with the local sales representative to coordinate training and in-theatre support to ensure exceptional levels of customer care both in theatres and in the wider hospital are delivered. What you will do Attend cases in theatre and clinical environments, providing hands-on support and training to HCPs and surgical staff while maintaining high levels of professionalism. Audit and manage Stryker stock, including implants, disposables, and instruments, ensuring proper utilization, stock rotation, and consignment inventory practices. Conduct trials, evaluations, and in-depth training workshops to educate theatre and wider HCP staff on Stryker products, promoting product benefits and applications effectively. Build and maintain key client relationships, tailoring solutions to complex cases, and presenting findings to key stakeholders. Develop knowledge of the local healthcare environment, area strategy, and Stryker’s broader product portfolio to offer the best possible solutions to customers. Plan, execute, and monitor measures to achieve industry-leading customer service, including submitting accurate documentation and case-order-forms for invoicing. Demonstrate outstanding ethics, professionalism, and respect in all interactions, representing Stryker in the best possible light and ensuring commitments are met within required timescales. Work closely with team members and the Regional Manager, communicating progress, customer feedback, and areas for product improvement to ensure best-in-class service delivery. What you need Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in medical, biomedical or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the field as clinical support/ application specialist, nurse or biomedical engineer. Experience in clinical, theatre work environment Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English. Valid KSA driving license. Preferred: Experience in implants, orthopedics, or disposables.
