This is a remote position. About the Role

We're looking for an Architectural Drafter to join our remote team. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of architectural drafting experience and a strong background in producing detailed drawings and construction documents for permit approval. This role requires advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, familiarity with U.S. codes and standards, and the ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and project managers. Core Responsibilities Drafting and Construction Documentation Develop detailed architectural drawings and construction documents for permitting and construction. Translate design concepts into precise technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD. Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. building codes, standards, and regulations. Maintain organized drawing sets and document control in accordance with company standards. Coordination and Collaboration Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MPE teams to ensure design accuracy and alignment. Review and implement redline drawing revisions accurately and promptly. Collaborate with architects and project managers to deliver timely, high-quality outputs. Design Support Assist in design development, visualization, and documentation for client presentations. Candidate Qualifications Must-Haves Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. 8+ years of professional experience in architectural drafting or documentation. Advanced proficiency in Revit (test or sample work may be required). Familiarity with U.S. building codes and construction standards. Experience working with U.S.-based clients or projects. Fluency in written and spoken English. Good to Haves Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or rendering software. Knowledge of MPE systems (Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical). System Requirements Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i7 or higher / AMD Ryzen 7 or higher. NVIDIA RTX 3060 or higher (Ampere or Ada Lovelace architecture). Minimum 32 GB RAM. Apply To This Job
