They are seeking a volunteer to develop a strategic email marketing plan aimed at enhancing audience engagement and increasing submissions and ticket sales for the upcoming season.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic, actionable email marketing plan that recommends audience segmentation and campaign structure
  • Suggest messaging themes, sample email templates, and campaign sequences for submissions, partnerships, fundraising, ticket sales, and list-growth and engagement tactics
  • Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to refine recommendations and document a practical roadmap

Skills

  • Experience in email marketing strategy and execution
  • Ability to recommend audience segmentation and campaign structure
  • Skills in developing messaging themes and sample email templates
  • Knowledge of campaign sequences for submissions, partnerships, fundraising, ticket sales, and list-growth
  • Experience in community and partner engagement strategies
  • Ability to collaborate with staff and stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills
