[Remote] Mgr S/4 Supply Chain Data

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Hershey Company is a well-known leader in the confectionery industry, and they are seeking a Manager for S/4 Supply Chain Data. This role is responsible for overseeing data analysis and reporting processes within the S/4 platform, implementing data strategies, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with teams to optimize data systems and support enterprise architecture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Data Strategies: Create and execute data analysis, data collection systems, and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Data Management and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across the organization by maintaining databases and data systems
• Trend Analysis and Reporting: Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and prepare accurate reports for upper management
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work with different functional teams to implement data models, monitor outcomes, and support enterprise architecture projects
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to data management and governance regulations and policies, maintaining a robust risk posture for data assets

Skills

• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication skills to present data insights clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with the Business SMEs and the technical team from developing the decision-making frameworks to deploying the technical and process solution
• Experienced in the deliverable (agile or waterfall) of small to medium initiatives from design to deployment without the need for scrum or project mgmt. support
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field
• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
• Experience in enterprise architecture and data governance
