Responsibilities

  • Ensures that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved
  • Focus on best practices and process improvements ensuring effective execution of the operational plan while meeting corporate requirements
  • Plans, implements, and maintains budget for functional area
  • Manage supply and demand for the immediate team to ensure resources are available at the right time and the right place
  • Attract, onboard and retaining talent
  • Fostering a culture of empowering employees, encouraging collaboration and open communication
  • Supporting career and professional growth of the team through mentoring and guidance

Skills

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years direct line management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to follow and reinforce operational policies
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix management environment
  • Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Applicants are required to read, write, and speak English
  • This position requires a security clearance

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
